Cafe Rio's creamy tomatillo dressing

I LOVE THIS DRESSING! Its so good on so many different salads!

1 large jalepeno

1 clove garlic
1 tomatillo
1 handful cilantro leaves
1 lime (juice and rind)
1 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix

Directions:
Blend all ingredients except mayonnaise in blender until all the green pieces are very tiny.Whisk the mayonnaise and chill.

I made it and it's wonderful! I think it's dang close to cafe rio's and I like this one even better. My sister said Cafe Rio just makes a pack of hidden valley ranch and adds cilantro, but I like the peppers in it- they give it heat! I'll post my recipes for cafe rio pork and rice. Last night we re-created the whole salad and both my husband and I loved it! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
